The only problem I have ever had with a VM engineer was when my old SA V+ box broke and needed replacing. The repair was booked for 2-4pm but at 6 he still hadn't arrived. I called CS and they told me he would be another 30 minutes and true to their word, he was there in 30 minutes. The engineer himself was very apologetic and completed the job with the usual VM efficiency. On the whole though, I can only congratulate VM on the quality of their engineers.

Personally I have never had a problem with any install or tech visit, but my dad was having problems with his v+ so I decided to pop up to see if a reboot would work(it never) so I phoned CS and booked an engineer. I decided to plug his old freeview box in to give him something to watch and when I went looking for the aerial wire I found it had been cut off from outside by the installer to use the hole.But my dad being who he is wouldn't let me complain.
