I didn't say they were the same but we have an MTV HD channel. We don't have GOLD, DAVE, YESTERDAY etc HD channel and suprise, none of those or like those are mentioned...

As we've said, it could be a mistake but it's interesting they are there....

Gold doesn't have HD programming. Yesturday doesn't have HD programming and I imagine original content isn't recorded in HD. Dave HD is launching within months alongside Watch HD.

Its not interesting, its just an error. Just like we don't have the american FX HD, Nat Geo Wild HD or Sky 3 HD.

But there isn't actually MTV HD which is the point I have been trying to make. Its a hastily thrown together banner probably using the first channel logos they could find.

You are just adding 2+2 and getting 5, it makes no mention of channels coming soon or possibly coming. Just that in the future there will be more HD on VM. They just so happen to have used a collection of HD and SD channel logos.

imho, virginmediapeople isn't a VM site - whois shows the domain owner is anonymised, whilst virginmedia shows appropriate contact details.

People may have been debating about a spoof website......
