Pardon me Hugh im just enjoying my extremely expensive evening meal, i will reply in full when i have finished all being well. I do like to eat well and tell all my internet chums that the cuts won't stop me from living in the manner that i am used too.

Who's to blame? Those who had over ten years to build up record amounts of debt, or those who have had ten months to try and reduce the debt?

On a more personal level, if you had a credit card, who do you blame when someone runs amok with it (building up huge amounts of debt) then someone else comes along saying you have to pay off some of that debt.

As for your comment about toffee nosed millionaires running the country for the good of everyone, not just their friends in the city, what a pity that's not a view shared by the last lot of toffee nosed millionaires, who happily threw money at their friends in the city while prentending to be a caring, socialist party..

I agree that low level meeting should be done by video conferencing, but a case like Libia should be done face to face.

My last company reckoned it would save over £250,000 a year by going to VC, (hotels, overtime, expenses etc).

The outlay cost of equipment was minimal.

Face to face meetings have many more benefits then VC and always have thats why so many leaders actually do it even putting aside the "getting your face out there and known" factor. As for all of us on here being tory fanatics lol just lol i am an incap claimant i am not having many happy thoughts currently about this government but to absolve the last lot for the complete total and utter mess they created is far worse then being politically biased.
