41 votes? Says it all really - the majority are happy with the VM TV. Shame that wasn't an option to vote for that.

Actually, people tend to come here (initially) because they have a problem, so I would have thought the opposite.

Perhaps it's somewhere in between?

There is no way you can actually determine that from the results. :)

Dont forget that many people dont have VM TV (like me) and many just wont see this thread or cant be bothered to vote.

What amazes me more is this thread was not started by one of the whinge twins ;)

:D I was inspired by their comments in the Coming Soon thread. I was hoping to get to the bottom of why people complain over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again without actually doing anything constructive about it.

Simple, they think if they complain in a forum that has nothing whatsoever to do with Virginmedia as it is independently owned and run that Virginmedia will see posts from say 10 people in the main and say "You know what these 10 are right so lets not worry about the other 4 million customers and listen to them instead"

As that is going to happen in the real world.

Even when recognised Virginmedia staff post on here they quite often get shot down in flames because they are unable to tell them more than is known in the public domain and are sometimes even accused of lying.

Too true as I have seen this numerous occasions while been a member of this forum and others. I will not do it as I know what it is like not been able to spill your guts about new things.

Not voting on this one- as someone else said I'm happy with Virgin, don't fancy the dark side anyway.

None of the poll options are a valid excuse for constant moaning. Not really sure how people can justify paying money to VM for a service they don't like for any of those reasons.
