I used to be able to download a 1 gig demo in about 6 or 7 minutes, now after 5 minutes a 1.06 Gig demo reaches 4% so I just cancel it and found something smaller. One can only presume VM are really restricting this now. |
Re: Is Virgin's new P2P policy ...
Could just be due to congestion.
I get Infinity installed next month and will be running both side by side and cancel the one which performs worst. (wonder which one?) |

Now you mention it, I did notice when I went to watch a HD trailer the xbox returned a message about insufficient bandwidth or something along those lines. I wouldn't mind trying Infinity just out of curiosity but not an option at the moment, let us know how you get on pip. |
Re: Is Virgin's new P2P policy ...
Will do. Install is set for 4th April, only real reason I've gone for it is the free line install (worth £130) and the increased upload as that matters more than download for my uses.

In core, it takes 3 or more depending on their accuracy, so you'll get more chance to do that i suppose. |
