Agreed Gary, but the question was not about what they had done or alledgedly done.

In this world of PC gone mad equality, I was looking to see what the reaction would be comparing the polar like cases in my original post. One guy that likes to dress like an arse and one that likes to dress as a woman.

Apart from the fashion kids, if you have old blokes, or any blokes dressing in womens/girls clothes out on the street. then there's a good chance he's doing it for sexual kicks.
and his actions if any are what would be objected to if they affect people around him.

No. but there has to be some exceptions, and they are that it's for a perverted reason. and it affects others.

I'm trying to ignore them, but they are reasons why it can be seen that you can't wear what you like. if it's just 'odd' clothes then there's no problem. but if it's something that is 'objectable' then depending on what the objection is.

depends how far you go with wearing what you like. such as nappies (which is most likely sexual)

what I'm saying is that you can say if it's not clothes then it's actions. or it's the clothes and the actions that can be the reason for the asbo.

you are not likely to get an asbo for wearing a lot of things really unless there's a good reason for it.
such as if you wear a short skirt and keep bending over on purpose :)

Gary, I think that you are still dwelling on the perverse side of things, which is not where I am aiming this thread.

What if my jeans are deemed too baggy? What if the heel on my boots / shoes are deemed too high for a man?

If, heaven forbid, I was to commit a crime and was up before the beak, is it acceptable for these things to be brought in to it?

I knew where you were coming from at the start. but you gave 2 examples where one was withdrawn and the other was because he was a pervert. and then ask if you should be allowed to waer what you want and ignore them 2 examples.

So again. there's not much chance of being issued an asbo for wearing the odd and unusual clothes unless you're a pervert and wearing them for sexual kicks :)
