No, because they will carry on as they always have done. I don't understand how anyone thinks this will actually make them all say, "Well, that's it then, nice while it lasted!", turn off the lights and disband. Nothing will happen. Things will continue as they have done.

no,that's not what i mean , i probably should add is this the end of the BNP as a credible party not that they were in my view any way but they were to some .Their main policy is now defunct which was the main purpose for their existance

but doesn't that make them obvious hypochrites with a nonsensical policy and if it was implemented would mean deporting their own members (if any non whites joined)

the point i'm trying to make is hasn't the purpose of the BNP just vanished so how can it just carry on as if nothing has happened

It's a 'political' party, logic and sense doesn't come into it.

If I was a black or asian person and held really extreme views about the latest influx of immigrants and asylum seekers, I wouldn't join the BNP. If you see their 'political meetings', they're always held in secrecy in very strange locations like pubs and clubs and they look like a group of 70s football hooligans in suits meeting up before a game. You'd have to have balls the size of planets to walk into one with anything more than a good suntan. So, although this has been passed, I expect they will trundle along, with no extra members and will go about the business they've always gone about.

i know what you mean they have meetings in a local pub near me and i think you are right that the hardcore members(knuckle draggers inc.) will carry on as normal ,they are thugs and care not one jot for political gain (if they can even spell it ),but the political side (nick griffin and chums )will have to voice approval of the new rules or risk losing the middle of the road voters he got in the last elections which at the very least will make him look an idiot as he backtracks on most of his policies (in public any way )

Your posts are nothing if not predictable (btw, it's Heterosexual ;)).

The difference this may make is that the BNP's USP was "no brown people - only us whities allowed" - other than that, their policies are just a mish-mash of protectionism, polemic, and impossible to meet promises. Without the USP, what have they got?

Don't count your chickens. There is a *lot* of racism amongst the ethnic minorities in this country. Particularly between Black and Indian communities. If they believe the BNP is going to suddenly start helping them rid this country of what they see as other races, they may be more inclined to join them or vote for them.
