It was ever so easy, Centos DVD is a torrent, install and yum update (add a recent repository if you need latest versions of php/mysql, YUM UPDATE (like apt-get update/upgrade except a single step. The on webmins download page you;ll fine install.sh for virtualmin that'll configure everything in another couple of steps...
