That is not how the scheme works. You have to give the details when you sign up.

I understand that, but i was not asked by the field sales agent or made aware of any offer there was with that.

So how was i to know

Did you make the Field Sales Agent aware you had been referred by another Virgin Media customer at any stage?

I told him i was getting it cause of good reports from a mate at work.

But nothing was mentioned on the refferal scheme.

In saying that, i was also told i'd be charged £34.50 for Phone M and Broadband XL.

But after ringing CS they told me i'm on the £21 for 6month deal then £31.

Seems the sales agent knew NOTHING

That sucks...he probably didn't make you aware as he receives no incentive himself for this scheme...wouldn't be surprised!!!

Ive got two codes if anyones interested. I wouldnt mind a £50 credit on my bill! :D

It's changed now to £30 each.

I was in contact with a contact in the CEO office, who has sorted me out :)

tbh we rarely see it on the second bill, sometimes the referral team need a kick up the backside to sort the credit out...
