One and the same when they get someone who in my opinion committed MURDER off with a hand slap. There are too many people getting off because the law has been turned into a joke by those that think nobody should be punished because the person who committed a crime might have had a bad childhood. People who have been involved in the taking of a life should be dealt with not let off with a hand slap.

You can wrap it all you want in your legal get outs but they were involved in the taking of a life and should as we dont have a death sentance be sent down for LIFE. But hey thanks to the lawyers even life only means 5 years in some cases :(

I ask a simple question

Would that man be dead now of a heart attack if those *******s had not attacked him.

Wow you have a very high opinion of lawyers if you think they defend their clients because they don't think they deserve to be punished!
Most people think lawyers do it for the money, but you obviously think they have higher ideals than that.

It's metaphysical/metaphorical spelling, remember that Sherrif who demonstrated it?
Its how people can get Muslim to spell Terrorist, and how people can get paediatrician to spell paedophile.
It normally takes a special level of intelligence to get to grips with, that baffles most people like you and I.

I don't believe so, and I also don't think the assailants were appropriately punished, as I stated in an earlier post (#24)
"btw, I think it's wrong that these kids got away with what they did"
