I think i've solved my Kaspersky problems, had to manually add firefox as a trusted module in Application Integrity Control.

Hi Jon,

Glad that you're up and running. When you said previously "takes more training than Zonealarm", I thought that you had opted for KIS.

I must admit that I don't recall having to add Firefox as a trusted application, but a quick look at this thread on the Kaspersky forum appears to confirm that it is necessary, particularly with KIS:
