I would not buy onbe of these, even though it looks like a fun gadget, put it in the wrong hands and you can permantely affect a persons eye sight.

I have a laser pointer which I use for presentations. I have noticed the newer (more powerful) ones are brighter, and I would like one for that reason.

But, any laser pointer can blind a person...

Need I say more? Laser pointers are very handy for attracting the audience's attention to the relevant part of whatever is on the screen. I've noticed the new generation is brighter. I may want one...

I do want one, but they are rather expensive.

The one I have (a red, low power one) cost about 10 quid from an army surplus shop.
