Your wobble may well also be a dry joint or loose connection inside.
WHatever it is, it is most likely repairable & should not become another monitor on the rubbish pile.

Thing is, a lot of the time its cheaper and more economical to buy a brand new unit, there are a lot of companies that refurb monitors these days however and sell them on, those that may have been destined for the tip.

The degauss wont work on this monitor does nothing on turn on and the OSD menu option does nothing.

Not at all tried at various points during day.

Can you identify the model number of it?
