Been with NTL since it came to this area well Diamond Cable as it was then, had there tv pack, ditched it for sky NTL phone till next month, then back to BT and 1.5mb modem

A year or two ago they sent out free keyboards to longstanding TV customers, but this is all I've heard about.

I agree thought that more would be welcome, particularly in light of all the deals they're throwing at new subs.

I am a long suffering customer ex nynex, ex cwc, now NTL who next Telewest, centica, BT, Kwik Fit. :D

Been with Comtel -> NTL since around 1997. Odd technical and billing problems but generally they've been fine. Phone/TV charges have increased dramatically though since Comtel days! Now not so easy to financially distinguish between NTL and Sky/BT.

Just about 1year due to remove service though, due to me moving house, and my father is loosing there telly service but keeping the phone line.


Will be jumping back online after the updates to the speed ;)
