Of course the Dutch are superior but you have to put the ball in the back of the net.

Afellay needs to step up. he's been moved around to try get a foothold but he's playing with nervously.

Holland have gone into this fixture on the back of hammering Northern Ireland. Its evident they thought they could link up without a problem but Denmark have stood tall and stopped that. Now what? a change in personnel?

Robben thinks he has all the time in the world. he does realise that every chance he fluffs time is eaten up?! no link up. he provides a good forward push but if the Dutch can replace him, tactically change it dropping Robben they should. Use him as an impact sub.

It did help that the Danish played behind the ball and that the ref was blind but yeah we should have scored.

Huntelaar and rvp in the start against the Germans and hope they draw tonight

It was a poor game, but we did create plenty chances. I can't believe we didn't score at least one.

So: Holland to not make it out of the group, and England to win it? :D

If van marwijk had any balls he would have had RVP and Huntelaar as strikers instantly on the pitch together with vdv and sneijder.

Was quite surprised with Willems thought he had a good game.

He needed to do that at half time. Should have given v.d. Wiel the hook as he is not good enough and pushed de Jong into a back three with him coming out when the Danes parked the bus.

Not really much that Arshavin can do at AFC when the manager insists on playing him on a wide position when his whole game ia based on being a central player.

I think the performance by the Irish was poor and pathetic, and did not deserve anything.

And with England up tomorrow, l bet it will be the same performance as usual. Has anyone heard the hint of the 'heat' crop up, this could be an excuse if we draw or lose - and l am not being pessimistic either.

Tomorrow, we are playing a team that has not been beaten for about 23 matches.

Ox - 15 Starts - 11 as sub. Total 26

Milner - 25 Starts - 19 as sub. Total 44
