Yes The RSPCA do a wonderful job in my mind but it staggers me how some owners can mistreat their animals so cruelly in this day and age.

Yes we had 2 dogs and a cat quite a few years ago and we have very fond memories of them but due to my health now it is felt unwise to have any pets now.

That's the problem though, people see their cats and dogs as purely animals.. In this house we have two furry members of the family who are friends that although depend on us will love us unconditionally for all of their lives.

This Crazy Cat Lady would have a problem swinging a 9kg lump of annoyed cat such as Riley. Now if he thought there was a prawn in it for him he would be over that roof like greased lightning. :D

It was the eyes that drew us to him in the beginning. They had such a defeated look when he thought he wasn't being watched but would shoot fire if anyone dared to approach him.

Natalie.......

My whole life seems to consist of being in hospital or waiting to go to one, but Natalie keeps me sane!

So a big :tu: for Mrs Tarn :)

Don't forget you need one of those ESTA visa's now and be careful if booking online, there's loads of sites out there trying to make a few quid out unsuspecting travellers over this.

Thanks everyone, I've seen about the ESTA visa thing. I'll make sure I'm on the official site when I get it done.
I'm off at Easter. Have never been before so looking forward to it and getting about for some photography too.

Yum! Should be enough filling to make 4 so two to freeze for later. I keep the pastry separate and only put it on just before cooking.

Sounds yummy :)
