But perhaps the government could take note also?
IE; from april any new passport applicants will have to attend a face to face interview, from 2009 anyone replacing an expired passport or a lost or stolen one will have to attend a face to face interview.
Hardly not tarring people with the same brush?

Ah yes, but you forgot, as asking them to remove their viels, turbans, glasses with big noses and fake moustaches is obviously against their human rights, what point would face to face interviews be?

I know of several hundred who moved to Saudi Arabia (our family was one of them) back in the 80's.
There's still thousands of Brits over there, not to mention the thousands of Brits who visit on Hajj.
I tell you what, the Saudis could teach many Brits a thing or two about manners and politeness.
As a kid I could wander off for hours in the shopping centres without fear of harm, I wouldn't let my kids out of my sight while shopping in this country.

Oh and bonus for you, they execute people for certain crimes, and lop limbs off for others, sounds right up your street actually.

Unfortunately, you didn't state "Muslim countries", you only stated "there (their) countries"; and as the only country mentioned in your post at that point was England, and it is difficult to migrate to the same country you are living in, I assumed (<bad me>) that you were discussing British migrants to other countries.

Actually, the same could be said about any ethnic group as well. Most of the Irish (I have met) have been amazing people, but if you had listened only to the news in the 80s and 90s, you'd get the impression they only exist to bomb.
