It's good to see that your lad's supporting my home town there, Chris ;) :D

Anyway, stoopid bloomin' snow - I now have a large circular bruise about 3 inches in diameter on my knee after I stepped on a patch of ice that was cunningly hidden under the packed snow :fit: . The only saving grace was that I didn't drop the 5litre pot of white paint that I was carrying :)

On the positive side, all of the snotty, 'orrible kids who think it's alright to ping snowballs off your windscreen no longer come anywhere near my car (or me ;) ), after I was forced to 'have a word' (ahem) with them last week :disturbd:

Anyway, there's nothing wrong with being a misery - makes up for all this festive cheer that really annoys me :D

Been snowing most of the day here in Swindon. Sat at my desk, the view outta my window is like a screensaver... it's kinda distracting. Not settling though, so can't use it as an excuse to go home early :cry:

There has been snow on the peaks here for weeks now. :D

I need it to go away though, I have a friend visiting for some hillwalking in a few weeks, and we won't be equipped to cope with it.
