-Virgin Media has launch ITV1 HD [England and Wales only) on Channel 113.

April 1st 2010:
-Virgin Media has launch E4 HD on Channel 145.*
-Diva TV +1 has disappeared from Virgin Media.
-GOD Europe has disappeared from Virgin Media.
-Virgin Media has launch Sci Fi HD on Channel 165.*
-Virgin Media has launch Sci Fi +1 on Channel 166.
-Virgin Media has launch Discovery HD on Channel 214.*
-Virgin Media has launch GOD Channel on Channel 279.
-Virgin Media has launch Eurosport HD on Channel 522.*

*Channel only broadcast in NGTV areas.

God Europe closed down last week - but it was replaced a while back on Virgin by God Channel - which is still on VM 279.

I have just recieved an email from 'Good food'
it says 'We are looking into broadcasting in high definition in the future, however we can't say when this will be available yet as details are still being finalised. You may like to know that Good Food is likely to be the first of our channels to be broadcast in HD'

So even though its not a definite confirmation it does seem that this channel is 'coming soon' and it probably won't be the last one from UKTV to be broadcast in HD. Any more responses you'll be the first to know;)

Sci Fi, Sci Fi +1 and Sci Fi HD has been rebranded as Syfy, Syfy +1 and Syfy HD on Virgin Channels 135, 165 and 166.
