Cable Forum - General Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.

Emailed as well, and I was very polite to them. I find being all aggressive doesn't work too well. Didn't put a phone number down, but did ask for a reply to my email that wasn't an automated scripted answer that everyone gets.

So BT launch BT Sports in order to compete with Sky but drive up Sky customers in the process because their own TV service is a poor offering, nice one BT

That Is one thing we discussed communication between customers and vm and I actually said most customers anger is because they didn't know and only found out when switched over to watch,make sure you tell them that when you speak to them it's basically confirms what I have said

Get a email sent bud CEO.office@virginmedia.co.uk we need to be heard and they are listening I have got to believe that.i have also posted it on Facebook I really hope people do contact them got to believe it makes a difference ;)

Like an idiot I was so caught up in the email i forgot to give a contact number and to be fair I have had a reply quoting that a member of the CEO's team will be contacting me which i presume will be per mail...
