No idea what's been going on since midnight, the red spike around 1am I couldn't access any sites for around 10 minutes though it seemed to be an issue elsewhere on the network as the modem did not lose connection. Looks like it recovered some after 10am but the ping is still not as low as it was before.

Have you received any updates? Has anything else changed?

If you are on superhub in full mode, internet disconnects will not have affected you home network.

I guess your conection has been taken offline twice either because of a fault or because of upgrades to the local connection or your firmware.

They might have been mucking around with upstream modulation like moving from 16QAM to 64QAM. Upstream stats might show this - or not as the case may or may not be!

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

^^ Modem stats are unchanged from before, what ever it is it doesn't appear to be local but maybe VM's core network. ping still hasn't recovered fully on the graph but it isn't as bad as before.

In real world usage it doesn't seem that bad, it's just a cosmetic thing with the graph I guess but then it isn't affecting other VM graphs from what I can see (though the 2am red spike was).

That could be upstream noise causing the packet loss. We would need to see your upstream and downstream modem ststs, asking you to tell us if the upstream power level is stable or moving up towards 55 dBmv.
