More info will be giving out soon from the FA - Maybe even later today.

I have received an email for channel 4 confirming that E4HD will launch on Sky only.
" However, we do hope to make it available on other platforms in the future"

Seems to be a poor move by Channel 4 to me. Unless Sky are paying them a large chunk of money, I can't see any benefit for them to go Sky exclusive.

If it's not Sky showering them with cash then lets be honest. With their track record it's far more likely VM said "no thanks" to E4HD for some reason.

I bet a £ to a penny that VM turned it down rather than Channel 4 not offering it. :td:

Sky would have jumped in first as usual to get it exclusive look at quest on freeview i was hopeing it would appear on freesat and that was scuppered by it going on yet again sky.

So even C4 don't realise that C4HD is available on Virgin.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)

So because a channel jumps on the HD fad that means Virgin should add it straight away?!?!

Give them a chance to sort out the contracts and add new channels in their own time, after all they have already given you more HD channels on their service than ever before.
