Yes virgin have every right to remove a channel (assuming it dosnt make any material difference to the value of your package), just like Arthurgray50@blu has every right to get annoyed when a channel he watches gets removed :)

Neither are available in Redditch which is Bromsgrove hubsite (fed from Wolverhampton).

I am still looking for info on...

I have note that Virgin Media has today added an new channel to my ''Total Channels'' but I cant see anything.

So I was thinking maybe Virgin Media has move all the local BBC Radio Channels to Channel 937.

And Virgin have added an ''This Channel has move'' sign.

From - Channel name - broadcast area - New EPG Channel.
930 - BBC London - Croydon, Haringey and Hayes - To Channel 937.
930 - BBC Radio Lancashire - Preston - To Channel 937.
930 - BBC Radio Merseyside - Knowsley - To Channel 937.
930 - BBC Radio Newcastle - Gateshead - To Channel 937.
930 - BBC Radio Sheffield - Barnsley - To Channel 937.
931 - BBC Radio Kent - Basildon - To Channel 938.
931 - BBC Tees - Gateshead - To Channel 938.
932 - BBC Radio Leeds - Barnsley - To Channel 938.
938 - BBC Radio Bristol - Aztec West - To Channel 937.
939 - BBC Radio Gloucestershire - Aztec West - To Channel 938.
945 - BBC Radio Shropshire - Perry Barr (Witton) and Wolverhampton - To Channel 937.
946 - BBC WM - Perry Barr (Witton) and Wolverhampton - To Channel 938.

Setanta Sports UK fall out: ESPN secures rights to show FA Cup matches from next season.

ESPN will show live FA Cup football from next season, after agreeing a deal with the Football Association to fill the gap left by the collapse of the pay-TV broadcaster Setanta.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2009)

It's a shame VM can't bring us E4HD on launch. AFAIK they do have free bandwidth to let us have the channel.

It's a FTA channel right?! So why such delay?!

I very much hope 2010 brings us more HD...especially for me, Eurosport.

I'm not holding out any hope of any Sky HD as OFCOM is being scrapped when the Tories get in so nothing they say will be binding.... but SKY aside there are still plenty of decent HD channels out there...

I hop it will be either a drip drip add every so often or a MASSIVE HD addition earleir on in 2010 and we wont have to wait until June/July for one more!

I wouldn't worry too much about the curbing of OFCOM they have been quite toothless over so many things, even if they do have their powers reduced there is still the office of fair trading and competitions commission. Of course the whole process will need to be started again.
