It is but you've copied the results from my speed test, you need to start the test fresh from the homepage :)

I have been reading all these posts, and notice that nobody has answered the one question which interests me. Has anyone upgraded there line on a STB? I have the new samsung STB installed (about 6 months ago) and am sure this will be supported.

Also it is interesting to note that it is upto 10MB, which means if u have a 5MB connection you prob cant complain at all, as they are not commited to 10MB excatly.

If they can upgrade my 2mb line straight away to 10mb but charge me £37.99, then i am sure they could upgrade me to my 10mb limit for what it would have been on 2mb?

You need to go to http://www.adslguide.org.uk/tools/speedtest.asp and start a new test to see your actual speed.
