I've just added Gogglebox S21 Ep13, due to air tomorrow between 00:15 and 01:20 to my watchlist and it's showing on the Watchlist rail on the Home screen. Have you tried adding this slot without success?

If so have you tried rebooting the stb? If that fails try rebooting both the hub and stb.

If both of the above fail then I suggest performing a Factory Reset using the Keep Recordings option. However if you do use this option then be prepared to having to to sign into the majority of your apps again.

Thanks, newapollo; I’ll keep trying!

At the time of this posting the EPG for That's TV 3 (Channel 152) is populated with program information again up to and including 13:00 on 2nd April on the 360 and Stream boxes.

It usually says something like 'To be confirmed' when this happens.

Just checked and the V6 is now showing the same.

I suspect that they are in financial difficulties due to issues on other platforms and that they keep paying their capacity & EPG monthly fees late to Virgin.

They have created alternative named licenses & limited companies, so may be transferring their assets to the new companies and bankrupting/liquidation the present companies to get rid of any debts.

It does but I suspect that there is a default description for when listings aren't available. If Virgin don't update the NLA default for the channel, you'll keep seeing channel no longer available every time the listings pool runs dry.

Possibly but I'm not really bothered about what the That's TV 3 listings say. The poor quality of the channel is the deciding factor with that one.
