The Scottish Prison Service has withdrawn its guidance and are removing biological men from the female estate today. This is after claiming this will take careful consideration last week.

One wonders if it’s just a good day to bury bad news for the SNP…

The threat of unlimited free Galleons for female prisoners wanting to sue the Scottish prison service might have helped concentrate minds also.

After libelling dozens of organisations that campaign for sex-based rights this week, Amnesty International UK is now in the ‘Find Out’ phase, having received a very threatening letter from lawyers acting for Beira’s Place.

Beira’s Place is a rape crisis centre in Edinburgh, founded and entirely funded by J K Rowling. It exists because at the time of its founding, the more mainstream alternative, Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre, was run by a man in a dress who loudly and publicly claimed that if rape-surviving women had a problem with this, it was their task to ‘re-frame their trauma’ and nothing to do with, you know, men larping as women hanging around the building.

Anyhow, this charitable effort by Rowling apparently makes Beira’s Place an ‘anti rights’ group, smeared along with Sex Matters, For Women Scotland (you know, the ones who went to the Supreme Court and *won* on this very issue), and dozens of advocacy groups for same-sex attraction, all apparently with shady funding networks and links to far-right Christian conservative groups in the USA.

Amnesty’s boilerplate non-apology and withdrawal of the report 48 hours after it was published isn’t going to save them from a world of pain, which given their ideological capture by the trans cult, is entirely deserved.

Another Emploment Tribunal is taking place today by a nurse who objected to having to change in front of a trans doctor, this time her complaint relates to her union, the Royal College of Nursing, for failing to support her:

Some fascinating testimony today - senior RCN representative on the stand saying that the union does not have a pro trans/anti gendercritical policy, only for Peggie’s barrister to take him through pages of policy documents and even the merch page on the RCN website (full of RCN progress pride badges, naturally) and putting to him that his claims might be at variance with actuality.

Sandie Peggie claims she was left twisting in the wind by her union, because her union was in thrall to gender ideology. We shall see how the hearing pans out, but her case sounds strong so far.
