£6.99 is the Standard price for the app across devices outside of any bundles.

I wouldn't rule out it being bundled in one of higher packages like Netflix.

It's possible they will expand the ad tier beyond the U.S this year.

You can get 1 Month Free Paramount+ at the moment with the code RABBITHOLE

Are Virgin in discussions with DAZN over getting the channel that has just launched on Sky?

DAZN is aware of the clamour to get the channel onto Virgin Media, but no information yet it seems on VM’s intentions.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the app turned up soon, but not sure about the channel.

They never seem to be in a hurry to get sports channels from launch, it was the same with BT Sport etc.

They're always late to the party, even if they do join the platform. It even took comments from MP's to spur them into action to get Premier Sport!

It's Sky which is late to the party on this occasion. VM has had it via the app for a while now. And Sky is an open platform so any company has a right to be on the EPG if it pays for it.

Isn't the app already on Virgin?

The app isn't on the 360 yet.

There's no way I will be paying for another sports channel, so no clamour here.

Virgin Media have secured a deal with DAZN.

https://advanced-television.com/2023...ribution-deal/

[EXTRACT]

As part of the newly agreed distribution deal, the DAZN event will be made available for Virgin TV customers to watch as a PPV add-on through their TiVo, V6, Virgin TV 360 or Stream set-top-box for £19.99. The purchase will include access to the fight as well as allowing customers to redeem one month’s access to DAZN’s full service via the DAZN app at no extra cost, which can be downloaded on smart TVs, games consoles and mobile devices.

Additionally, the entertainment companies have plans for DAZN’s app to be made available for download on selected Virgin Media set-top boxes in the near future. DAZN’s content also includes the UEFA Women’s Champions League, Misfits boxing featuring YouTube sensations KSI and Jake Paul, MMA’s Professional Fighter’s League and more.
