Back in my service tech days, I was working in London and a guy had these 2 huge houses converted in 19 flats. He had a STB in every room. The fault I went for was a broadband fault. His issue was the wifi from his newly released superhub 1 would only cover about 3 of the 19 flats. I explained that the properly would need to be split into separate accounts, or he needed a bespoke business solution. Which he complained about that costing him extra. He asked how he could maximise the wifi range, I said its at the top of the building at the moment which is generally the best place. His next response was do we do a weatherproof one so he could put it on the roof, he moaned when I explained we didn't!

Have you got the new hardware yet? As mentioned the hardware needs to be enroute before you can access it, you should be able to access the forum when you get your email and text saying Yodel will deliver it.

Knowing my luck, it will be due for delivery on the day I am out later this month. Always the way with couriers isn't it?
