I am looking for the full list of Movies channels EPG lineup for Sky.
I know they start at 301. PM me or post the list of Movies Channels (And they channel numbers) on Sky here. Thanks for any help. |
Re: General Sky TV Discussion
Look on the online Sky Guide can't see why you'd bother though considering you have VM and the channel numbers are completely different.

l am of the opinion of those who want sports and premium channels should have to fork out for them but increasingly whether someone is a Sky or Virgin customer it seems everybody is paying for Sky's huge expenditure on sports/movies content.

If they decide to move in that direction, I hope they have the movies in 1080p like the big boys. 720p just won't cut it when they're competing directly with iTunes etc. |

Watch this space I guess , I agree 1080p is badly needed as you say competitors are already offering it.

Yes one would certainly imagine that PB.

It was certainly a decent set of results , revenue up 5% and operating profit up 20%.

But with likely big price rises ahead they will do well to keep up this level up.

If Sky made the Now TV charges for sport closer to the prices via a satellite subscription, then more people would ditch pay TV. Which is exactly why they won't. I know that you like sport, so kudos to you for taking a stand and telling Sky what to do with their price rises. |
Re: General Sky TV Discussion
Many switch from sky to virgin(and vice-versa) to take up special half price discounts but switch back once they see a better deal and are free of any minimum contract terms. I did, left virgin for sky, rejoined virgin for a special offer. I will be looking at offers from sky in a few months time unless virgin make it worth my while staying. I wonder who holds the record for the number of switches `eh?
