I thinks it's an ongoing fault with the mobile site, the full fat site is fine.

Anyone else getting "Sorry, there's been a technical glitch. Unfortunately, you won't be able to record this programme." when trying to record from Tv listing on the website.

Yeah, had it for a few days

I find WL difficult for some progs which are repeated oftern like CSI's. Theres isnt a clear way of just recording certain ones like new versions of the NY series....
I think the media guide data needs to be spot on, which it dosent seem to....

From the help site:

Can I go online or use my mobile to set recordings on my TiVo box?

Seems to be an EPG problem on TiVo ,VM forum states new installs will not get any EPG and existing customers will get no EPG download.

:shocking:

Just a thought , why do a TiVo install if they can`t get EPG ,Oh wait they can use it as a door stop.

Why can people not use the TV listing guides in the papers instead of waiting for the TV to tell them what to do:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Possibly because they hope to have the problem sorted shortly and they don't want to get into a situation of having a back-log of installs.

Or is that too much like common sense for you? ;):D
