Sounds like another call to Customer Care to look at alternative bundles!

Okay - thanks - is there any way of knowing if I am on XL Plus????

Customer Care will know, as the bundle discount should show it.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 2

Hi guys,
possibly this has come up already, so I apologize if it has, but I found few issues with Tivo and wondering if I could pass the problems out to anyone at the tech dept.

1. It doesn’t show the start of the programme on the infos when you select it from the TV guide (just a little string between 23 and 23.30 for example is the start is
23.10?)

2. With the V+ if you went through the agenda you could click on a event and set a reminder with Tivo you can’t set a reminder for a programme it just asks you if you want to record it.

3. Also, when you want set up a remote recording off the Virgin TV guide online it showed different movies to what was on the actual tv guide. (last night for example there was Echelon Cospiracy on the box on Sky Premier and a completely different movie on the online tv guide).

Is there anybody I could contact to address this problems? Any help would be appreciate.

Thanks

1. is a known problem.
2. Reminders are "on the way".
3. Not sure about this one

Not checked name on the online guide, but this film is called The Gift on the V+ box but it is the same film.

I expect it'll be a few weeks until there is a software update ready to go to beta testers, so you aren't missing anything.

As they have stated it will be added in to the next major update I would think that will not be for a few months yet.
