Heard talk that Colo cheated on his wife and she left the country for Argentina just before Christmas, no idea whether it's true and it's unlikely to be confirmed but this would seem to fit in with the reason he suddenly want's to go back.

The ref's assistants are blind. taarabt was near corner flag..ball bounces off defender and out and then back in...and he says play on..glasses anyone :)

Looks like a 20 man brawl at Villa Park and the referee is finding it very hard to control them.

Very poor game Den.

I would feel sorry for Villa about the penalty but what with Benteke getting away with 2 elbows and the injury to Shaw due to violence, I hope they go down.
