Any reason why this has happened?

Guess you put padding on so temporarily needs 3 tuners due to overlap?

Tivo does not cut padding off when there is an overlap like V+ does. I've posted this as a complaint and something which needs changing on the VM Forum.

Thanks for the help. I think i'll take the padding off my series links from now on then as most of the channels run to time anyway

Not the BBC! They're the only channels that I've found have bits missing from recordings if I don't pad!

I heard one main channel tonight, I can't remember which, announce they were running early, so 'whatever' will now start early.
They are complete idiots.

Any idea when we who already had multiroom will get our 'goodie' offer. similar to the free multi room offer?

Not sure... AFAIK there should be upgrade options for broadband (50meg etc)from sales.

What is Multiroom?
Is that just having more than one box, or something different?

One problem I have . . .

I set a series link to record Family Guy on FX, but for some reason they are recording the ones on FX HD which I do not want to record. Is there a way to set the box not to auto record HD versions.
Also for series like this which is on every night, what is the best setting - New only, New and re runs or Everything?

If you go in to "My shows and recordings" then "Manage my series links" you will be able to see which channel it is set up for ? You may have set it up to record FXHD. Just a thought?

Spoke to Customer Care (Billing) this morning - they now tell me that the £10 is already taken care of in a 'package discount' I have - but I don't know if this is the case or not. As the discount doesn't say what it covers, just that it covers BB/TV/Phone, it's difficult to see how this is broken down and if, indeed, the £10 is covered. I'm still not really happy - the discount is about £34 altogether, does anyone else have a similar billing - if so, do you also have the £10 V+ charge listed?

Also I have just noticed (not sure how long it's been on) that I've got both Talk Mobile and Talk International which I never asked for! Looks like I'll have to call them again!

Like others who already had multi-room and missed out on the £6.50 being waived, would like to see what they're going to offer instead?

Really think they need to sort their billing out to make everything clear.

If you are on the VIP bundle then the V+ £10 charge is indeed included in the discount and should not be removed.

Only a small number of people have been offered to keep their old V+ without the multiroom charge. This is unlikely to happen for all multiroom customers - just think of the revenue that Virgin Media would lose (although it would be a good differentiator from Sky).
