No-ntl will just find the cheapiest/nastiest workaround they can, leaving wage paying customers with email problems for another year. :dozey:

This is disgraceful !!!
All their servers deserve to be set alight and burned to the ground as they are as useful as a chocolate tea pot.

So reducing the size from 150K to 1K. Which is nice :)

A new e mail incoming faults message, timed at 13.16 has just appeared on the ntl Server Status web page. Add this to the outgoing faults message that has been there for three days!
I wonder what I'm paying good money for.

Hehehe - if you put icing on a mouldy cake it's still a mouldy cake. Just looks pretty. Lovely, pretty server status page - shame none of the processes that result in it not being updated or updated inaccurately/incompletely have changed...

A spokesman for NTL - which boasts more than one million broadband punters - explained that two servers have gone titsup

Nice, technical explanation from the Reg. :D

TITSUP =

1) Think It's Totally Shagged. Usual Problem
2) This is Trashy Service. Users protest.

Any more ideas as to what TITSUP could be the acronym for ?
