Jeremy Corbyn's brother throws his weight behind TRUMP in US election risking family feud

Jeremy Corbyn's elder brother Piers Corbyn insisted US President Donald Trump should be supported after doing his "best" to protect the livelihoods of the American people during the pandemic

I thought prejudice against left-handed people had diminished in the modern world?

Your comment seems a bit "sinister"... ;)

That's a lot of Doctors for someone with mild symptoms.

Not really - in the States, they heavily specialise, so for the President, they would have the best in the hospital attending.

On a related note, Chris Christie is the 8th attendee at last weekend’s Rose Garden event to test positive for COVID-19

Went to CNN for the sceptical viewpoint. "Massive scandal" involving the timeline - Doctor seemed to say he was diagnosed 72 hours ago and given treatment then.

Dr Garibaldi said he had received the antibody cocktail 48 hours ago (so, on Thursday morning Eastern Time).

As if joe public is going to get any real facts on his condition. The more confusion the better it is for him.

Conflicting information on his health.

The Doctors says he is doing well and not on Oxygen 'right now' and AP reports:

Quote:

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — AP source: President Trump was administered supplemental oxygen at the White House on Friday before going to hospital.
But off the record the White House has said: https://twitter.com/SpiegelPeter/sta...27741573197824

Quote:

“The president’s vitals over the last 24 hours were very concerning and the next 48 hours will be critical in terms of his care. We’re still not on a clear path to a full recovery.”

He didn’t say "48 hours", Dr. Garibaldi did...

Andrew is simply noting behaviour that was/is uncharacteristic.

The United States are always going to downplay how bad it is to not give it’s enemies an opportune moment to escalate hostilities and to reassure the stock markets. The Trump campaign similarly as they have campaigned on his vitality compared to “sleepy Joe”.

Had nothing to do with Trump's condition, it was aimed at his so-called lack of tweeting, do keep up jfman...;)

Exactly. The White House has unsurprisingly declined to comment on why Dr Conley had clarified a mistake that was not his own despite him suggesting it was!

According to the FT, Dr Conley also included an incorrect name for both the drug and its manufacturer.

His "correction" raises far more questions that it answers.

Trump normally Tweets, what, 20+ times a day in his line of work. It doesn't take much effort.

If he was working, he would surely have tweeted in that time.

The absence of Tweets suggests he wasn't up to working which is entirely understandable in the circumstances but not of course what the White House has claimed.
