Sky have said Atlantic is 'free to Sky customers' not viewers. Freesat from sky viewers are not Sky customers.

And is Challenge included in freesat from sky, the website dosen't say so?

You will need to call as you're not a Sky customer, you will not get Challenge or the freeview of Atlantic, doh!

You need to be a paying Sky customer. Having freesat doesn't count.

This is my opinion and with the shows that i never watch i hope that VM try to get another channel instead.

You've never watched them, so how do you know if you like them or not? ;)

I must admit that I've started watching a few programmes now that I had previously dismissed without seeing. I had a false impression of them from the trailers and hype but I like them now (e.g. Bones, Burn Notice).

Surely if you have paid for a FreeSat-from-Sky viewing card, you are a Sky 'customer'. It is debatable as to whether you are a Sky 'subscriber' or not and I imagine that Sky would say not.

I've given up watching the adverts because they are frustratingly ambiguous or even contradictory, so I can't remember if they say free to Sky 'customers' or Sky 'subscribers'. If it's the latter then I would argue that those VM customers with additional Sky packages are Sky 'subscribers' too.

I have previously posed questions about whether or not there is an SD version of Sky Atlantic and, apart from an explanation of how HD subscribers will automatically get it on channel 108, I have not had any reliable confirmation of there being an SD version at all.

I would rather watch it legitimately, but that is not available to me, and I can honestly say it is the first time I've ever used Bit Torrent.

I think you're confusing this with the "I stole a loaf of bread because I was starving" defence. :nono:

TBH from what I have seen, i looks like the old Channel One content till 8pm then a couple of HBO repeats from last year.

I had a look at the 7 day-guide for Sky Atlantic, and i have to say that they must be holding back the good TV schedule.

I have to admit that i am a outdoor person so all the things that i like to watch are nature programmes. I also like science programmes ( for one Stephen Hawkings Universe ). Also i am a glass collector ( Whitefriars mainly ).

PS i am not a rambler :D
PPS From what i have posted before SKY ATLANTIC is free to all SKY customers till Sept the they will need to take the VARIETY pack and to view the HD version of the channel you need the HD pack.
