Everyone hates this idea but I think it has a lot of merit.

First of all they had few bids, only one was from Turkey and they might be holding the Olympics then which would stop them from hosting the Euros. Additionally no one wants to incur the entire cost of bring the competition to their country - hence the low amount of interest so far. Finally it let's more of Europe go to a game as there will be one in their own country or near one of them. It's also likely we'll get the final.

I was a bit surprised when reading the comments on the Beeb. I think it's an interesting idea, and see no reason why it shouldn't be tried at least once.

Yes, there does seem to be a lot of that, and having Platini obviously doesn't help. I think it'll be interesting. I suppose you wil get less of the travelling fans following the team around, but my feeling is that it'd be alright. Most likely it'll save shedloads of money on upgrading the stadiums as well.

The FA found the claims not be 'false' but a misunderstanding. Their theory suggests a mixup in communication due to the language barrier and because the words used sounded alike. This isn't being given because of the accusation but the angry confrontation after the game.

It will be ok for a one off, but not in the long run imo. It will be worthwhile letting countries/cities host games that wouldn't have a chance of hosting an entire tournament. But the main problem will be the cost for the fans, which is why it shouldn't be a regular thing.

Not if you keep the group games for a team close together. Also a lot more neutral fans will be able to attend a game rather than just the locals of one country and the more hardcore fans.

What have got against these other sides as you seem to have a deep hatred of anything other then Man Utd.

No i dont have deep hatred, i just want the teams to loose so we can pull a big gap at the top so when we do slip up as we will we then have a bit of movement that is all. Some times i do support Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool but it depends on what type of game it is

I am quite surprised that they have havnt sacked Brendan Rodgers yet thou. I know he is building the squad and he deserves to stay but with other managers getting sacked i was convinced he was going to get sacked. Hope he stays thous

Will this be a turning point for Wenger? He should stay as he is a good manager for Arsenal.

Well l would put myself forward but alas l would have trouble staying on my feet so perhaps Adam Morgan might get a chance up front.:).

So both Arsenal and Chelsea win. A vital 3 points for both managers. I bet all Chelsea fans wil start praising Rafa now

I was at the game and it looked like a penalty from where I was, like he had his foot swept from under him. However everyone seems to say it was a dive, easily, and the fans seemed to think this as well with a sense of 'well, I'll take it'. People have better eyesight than me clearly.

However this is a comfortable game. Arsenal were dominating and in control and I never really felt concerned about West Brom. This wasn't the side I had feared when I booked the ticket, their momentum has stalled.

Seen it. Deffo dive. However looked nailed on from where I sat.

Part of me thinks you will be right. I am so hoping for us to win today. A 6 point gap at top will be crucial for us
