Got to say BT Sport looks like it's going to be much better than the old ESPN with all the extra shows and docs and love that glass pitch. They have some good people and glad to see Ray Stubbs has joined them. Danny Baker on Friday nights and Tim Lovejoy back on Saturday mornings too!
Even more gutted we don't have it now.

So far it's been pretty impressive. Looks like BT are going to give this a fair crack.

Would you say that it looks better than ESPN and Setanta? After the adverts and press that I've seen it looks like they've definitely invested a lot into the project.

BT regard their foray into Pay TV sports as a long term strategy. They have signed a 10 year lease on property to facilitate BTSports.

Surely the sports themselves (rugby and football in patricular )are not going to be too chuff that potential cable users including small world virgin and you view are missing out. At least with the other guises before there was opportunity through all means to subscribe although I guess that precedent start by sky not agreeing a deal with BT for sky F1 and Ss3 & 4. I do think offcom need to get involved in this one, the ringing off this no one side can have all was meant to drive price down and make it available for all not the bleeding opposite

If no deal can be reached, I'm sure VM will consider the regulatory and legal route.
The ESPN slate has been removed on my V+ and is now showing black level, I wonder if that is any significance??
ESPN America has been on black level since closure (I think) and is supposed to be showing a programme called Round The Horne. I wonder if ESPN America cut the feed a day early resulting in black level?
Did anyone watch this programme? Just interested in what it's about, I doubt it's anything to do with the camp radio programme from the 1960's :D
