If you say an hour you will be fine. Some have had it less and some have had it take longer? So as I say about an hour and you will be fine:D

Well, in a round about way, if it's just the lack of HD channels stopping people moving from Sky to VM for Tivo, then maybe it is Tivo related? :D

Mine worked perfectly earlier. I watched 'Long Lost Families' from Thursday night and from the EPG, it gave me the option to 'Watch from On Demand' or something like that which took me straight into it. I have however experienced the issue you mention above in the past.

Mine is also working fine. The only links which don't give me the option to play direct are for programmes broadcast very recently - ie where they are not yet available on-demand or the link has not been created.

It appears a bit hit or miss to me. I've looked at Thursday 12th May on ITV1. You can watch "This morning" direct but the Jeremy Kyle show you have go via Catch Up menus.
