Off to Plymouth to pay respect to an uncle I never saw - "missing presumed dead" said the telegram...
Icy February, on a destroyer, North Sea and torpedos saw an end to him.
Wish I had met him so, so much, so I'm doing the best next that I can.
(Who on earth thinks it was a good idea to call a child Horace ???)

They are very nice people and understand and have advice on blindness. Unlike me they have had to cope with it much of their lives.

Me I always hated 'jefferson'

"some of the names" Share ?
I like the way you say "first" :)
Maggie might agree - but when you find yourself teaching a Heathcliff or Mercedes you have to wonder what the parents were thinking...Oh! and then there's the ones made up after a game of Scrabble :)
