He hasn’t communicated in 18 hours, he’s been given an experimental antibody cocktail, he has several co-morbidities, and he’s being helicoptered to Walter Reed - I have to agree with you.

Timelines, experimental treatments, Pence standing in at the one call that was left on his schedule and others and being transferred to hospital.

Andrew is simply noting behaviour that was/is uncharacteristic.

The United States are always going to downplay how bad it is to not give it’s enemies an opportune moment to escalate hostilities and to reassure the stock markets. The Trump campaign similarly as they have campaigned on his vitality compared to “sleepy Joe”.
