Yep, its an outbound only - calling it will just get you an 'You were called by Virgin Media' automated message.

had a missed call from staff accounts, but i know i'm on the trial as ive seen a list of postcodes in my area that are on the tivo500, mine is one of them. plus i'm doing the installs

How do you know your installing them? Aren't all service techs doing it?

They haven't. Anyone who mentions a call would be most likely staff.

I missed a call from VM this morning... 0800 052 0980... And I'm not staff.

Can someone poke them to call me back please? lol!

Edit: Unless it was about my VHD box as I got a text saying they cannot deliver due to bad weather conditions...

Well this is annoying. The number tried to call again earlier but as someone spilt water on the handset base station it appears I can't call out and if I answer a call the person on the other end can't hear me!

If anyone knows what department that is can I PM you with my mobile umber to pass on please?

Could be any department within VM... sort your 'phone out, Andy! :D

You could call Customer Care on 150, they will be able to advise who has been trying to contact you from VM. Plus they can add your mobile to your contact details. :)
