stir fry veg, home made spring rolls, crispy noodles and prawn crackers, and now I'm going to have a cornetto ice a creama:)

Just had some poridge with 1\2 Tspn of cinnamon in it :)

I dont normally eat breakfast but im trying to cut down on the crap I eat at work.
