Curry night, lamb rogan for me and chicken korma for my good wife. Pakora's, bhaji's and pilau rice washed form with a large vodka and morello cherry cordial.

Toast and banana eating lots of bananas at the moment as my blood tests came back and my potassium level is low.

Yes its very important for the potassium level to be steady weenie as mine ended up going the other way on several occasions and l have ended up getting Hyperkalemia and thus being hospitalised for a period several times.
