It's been like this for three weeks and happened suddenly. VM have been asked to explain, because this is quite an exception, it seems - but haven't managed to get an explanation yet.

Hopefully 2013.....although 3 weeks is fairly quick for VM to fix these type of problems so maybe someone else reported the problem earlier

Oh no worries there.....fault was raised in May 2012 !!!!!! Only a year to sort it :)

Oh, similar time for them to resolve my fault although I cancelled my sevices after they extended the fix date yet again, to another six months away!

You need to do the ping test on a closer server.

This! More likely to get higher jitter if the base ping time is that high to begin with.

Blackburn looking good lately. Have to run the SH2 in modem mode because SIP doesnt work with it.
