According to that it takes 30 minutes, once the new card is inserted, for the channels to come back. If it takes longer than 3 minutes for my channels to come back, I'll chuck the stbs out of the window! I'll assume that's an error and I'll also assume that VM won't do this close to Christmas, so probably next year when this happens.

No nagra 3 has not been cracked or compromised as yet,and according to forums i have browsed it may well be a loooong time before it does,if at all.:)

spoke to vm this morning and they say that the viewing
cards are Not being updated.
