As I have said before there are no dates in the diary for this? So as I have stated before it normally takes about 9 months for a straightforward case (And I do not believe that this is a straightforward case?).
If it takes as long as the Competition Commission will will not get a result for 2 years from when the case was submitted?

Exactly by the time its sorted Sky Sports 5 HD will have been released exclusive on Sky :D

Just seen Mini CITV returns on 31st October, and its going to be on Virgin. Don't say we do not get new channels. ;)

No l won't stop moaning, there are new channels coming out, customers of VM want them and yet it takes them ages to get them through 'talks'

Lets put it this way, customers are crying out for Atlantic, what are VM doing about it - nothing.

Arthur, as has been pointed out to you repeatedly, Sky Atlantic is "exclusive to Sky" - it is their prime marketing point at the moment, and they aren't sharing it with BT or VM.
