You do know about the CAT APPEAL ?

As I have said before there are no dates in the diary for this? So as I have stated before it normally takes about 9 months for a straightforward case (And I do not believe that this is a straightforward case?).
If it takes as long as the Competition Commission will will not get a result for 2 years from when the case was submitted?

Based on your logic, because we are unlikely to get any more Sky channels with Ofcom's help, Virgin Media have to release a higher tier package making themselves more expensive than Sky making more people switch to Sky.

So because your impatient and think Virgin Media even have the money to compete with Sky you want them to go into bankruptcy.
