John Carter - 6/10.

Some really good action in it.

You need to suspend your belief in a good plot, and remember it was written a long time ago.

The plot has very little to do with the books by Edgar Rice Burroughs as the real storyline is much better only the names carry over to the movie and the pretext of being on Mars, I have read them a few times and I am presently reading them again.

These guys are the true legends and should be on top dollar instead of Stoner, Rossi and the rest.

Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol. 7/10

Pretty good film but very samey. Not much to differentiate it from the other 3 apart from the cast and location.

Yes l agree it was quite short when you compare it to some of these two and a half hour films we have had in the last few years.
