Trying to help my dad renew his blue badge which now requires a photo to be up loaded.

Trouble is after taking the photo and cropping it my dad filled out the online questionnaire, which cannot be saved and therefore has to be done in one hit.

When we up loaded the photo, it says NOPE photo is larger than 1024kb.

So after dropping the resolution it was under the size they want.

Reupload the image and the page has timed out and everything entered is wiped.

Why not state on the first page before any information is entered what the file specs are.

When I renewed there was an option to use the same photo as long as there is still a likeness.

I applied for a Blue Badge for the first time this year and this kept happening to me in the end I submitted the form then I forwarded my photo along with the payment of £20.00 and further information to the department that issues the badges. The whole progress took just over 3 weeks for me but that is on a first application. I would assume that it would be quicker on a renewal basis.

Ordered a pair of trainers. They're accidentally sent the same item twice! Contacted them and they have be a stock reply about sending it back, unused, for a refund but I don't want a refund, they've only charged me once, I want to know what to do about them sending me an extra pair!!

Don't say a thing and keep them. Their mistake.

My anxiety wouldn't allow that. I would worry more about keeping them.

An eventfully week so far.....

Sunday the desktop PC went tits up, new processor and MB needed as it was old.

Monday half my back tooth fell off.

Tuesday the oven died, the fan doesn't spin but it still gets a little hot but no good for cooking.

Wednesday I tried to boot an old laptop and it gives a Windows expired error I can't fix.

Wondering what tomorrow has install for me.....

I'd suggest staying in bed but you'd probably find the bedroom ceiling collapses... :D ;)

My GP surgery are REALLY getting on my goat. Umpteen texts telling me I need a blood test for diabetes when I've already had one done, then get bombarded with messages telling me I need to see a GP because of the results. UGH!!!!!!
